OMD Open Day: Science–Clinic–Industry

The OMD Open Day is a multidisciplinary event bringing together representatives of science, clinical practice, and industry to explore how traditional animal models and alternative approaches can be effectively applied in biomedical research and translational development.

The program features a scientific session and panel discussion focused on key research areas, including in vivo studies, novel analytical techniques, chemogenetics, and the translational relevance of preclinical models. A dedicated discussion with young researchers will address the future of in vivo research in the context of emerging alternative models.

In the afternoon, participants will have the opportunity to visit the Experimental Medicine Center (OMD) and engage in face-to-face meetings with researchers, enabling direct exchange of expertise and exploration of potential collaborations.

Participation in the event is free of charge; prior registration is required.
