“Biopharma ecosystems in Belgium and the potential of internationalisation” – panel discussion at The Embassy of Belgium in Warsaw

Belgium has achieved a leading position in the biopharmaceutical sector. R&D biopharmaceutical spending per capita is in Belgium among the highest of all EU countries and we are the fourth-largest exporter of pharmaceutical products in the world. Global leaders in the pharmaceutical industry have established a foothold in Belgium, but more than that, it’s because companies, universities, research institutes, bio-incubators, talents and logistical players are working together that Belgium has turned into a major hub for biopharmaceutical ecosystems. Through a panel discussion with renowned Belgian experts, participants will have a unique opportunity to learn more about the Belgian know-how in the biopharma sector. The objective however is not only to talk about Belgium, but also to open discussions in view of possible future partnerships with Poland.

• the process of internationalization and building partnerships.
